About Eddie Arrossi (Eduardo)

Although the first time I held a camera was a long time ago, I am still as much in love with photography today as I was then. I studied Photography in Buenos Aires, my home town. I then joined Imagema, a selected group of photographers lead by the master Horacio Coppola. I also obtained a degree as a film maker at EDAC (Cinematographic Art School) working for many years in the movie industry.

Along 30+ years of my professional career, I experienced style movements and technological changes which I adopted to what I considered the best for me. I traveled throughout South and North America, Europe and Africa documenting life and had the opportunity to work for architects, organizations, newspapers, weddings, fashion magazines and for my own editorial project.

In 2002, I started a new stage in my professional life. I completely transformed my photographic gear to digital and moved to the United States to apply my experience, knowledge and visual sensibility in a new field. I am based in Bowie MD with easy access to and from Washington DC, Baltimore, Maryland and Northern VA. I
can also travel across America and worldwide to do my work. As a photojournalist, I work for magazines, newspapers and International Press Agencies. As a wedding photographer, I deliver a blend of styles combining photojournalism with candid portraiture to obtain delicate and impressive results. Corporate event and portraits are also included in the activities my studio offers.

I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese and a little Italian, this makes me versatile with multicultural groups.
