Doing business in photography for a few decades, I have to admit that the loyalty from a client is the best possible reward I can get.
Basically this means the client feels confident and happy about the results and I am able to help with advice and working with the freedom of knowing every photo is needed and appreciated. I feel part of my client’s team. They do their marketing with images that results from knowing well the flow of the event, the faces of most people, the requirements, the timing. This is priceless for the client. They save a ton of time avoiding the lottery of selecting a vendor and explaining their needs. Year after year I have the same feeling when I came to the event: It was already a year since last time we worked together? Loyalty is continuity of business for me and continuity of quality for my client.
