SIZE & PORTABILITY

The base is 30×30 inches and each of the two sections is 11"x 11"x 39”. When everything is put together it becomes a compact and elegant 11x11x79” .

WHAT IS INSIDE

The top truss houses a ring flash, a Nikon DSLR camera, Windows 64-Bit custom computer system, an Apple keyboard and a 19” screen monitor interface. The base of the PFS provides strong stability and also holds the professional dye-sublimation printer. These three sections come with safety pins and travel separately on its own cart.

QUALITY IMAGES

The digital imaging, print quality and speed are superior. Studio-grade adjustable lighting and Nikon DSLR imaging technology are utilized to capture high-definition images. Professional dye-sublimation printer technology is incorporated to ensure the customer is provided a lab-quality print in as little as 8 seconds. The ability to take pictures with a digital backdrop (green screen utilization) is also built into the PhotoFun Station software.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment accepted via credit card, cashier’s check or wire transfer. Orders are subject to sales tax.

SETUP INFORMATION

The most common setup of PhotoFun Station incorporates a single wall-draped backdrop with or without the use of a bench. The recommended floor area required for setup with bench and backdrop is approximately 5’x5’. Ultimately, the versatility in setup is limited only by the imagination of the owner/client and the physical constraints of the event space. Individuals and groups of up to 10-20 have gathered in front of the Photo Fun Station to have their images captured.

Where do you provide event services?

We provide PFS to the Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia area. We are capable of traveling to PA, NC, WV and DE for additional travel fees.

Do you rent PFS without an attendant?

We always provide an efficient attendant to make sure you have the best experience. We provide entertainment in the form of a photo booth experience with branded tangible keepsakes.

What color Open Air Photobooths do you have available for events?

PFS can be presented as an industrial modern looking truss or wrapped with a white sleeve that can be lit with lights of any color of your preference.

What are backdrop options when we hire Open Air Photobooth?

We can provide different standard solid colors and we can offer  themed backdrops. We also commonly use Green Screen and custom print Step and Repeat logo patterns for our customers.

What are some of the common add-ons customers request with PhotoFun Station?

For weddings and private events: props, prints and external slideshows are the most common add-ons. For corporate events: branded print and digital images, custom backdrops, branded social media / data collection, and custom brand signs are common add-ons.

Do you require a deposit to hold an event date?

Yes, we require 50% deposit to secure your spot in our event calendar and to begin the process of working together in graphic design and event specifics.

Is power required for your equipment?

Yes, 120 volts AC (10 amp) is required per booth. We are also able to run equipment on generator or battery pack, which we are able to provide.

How much space is required for setup?

We typically integrate an 8’ x 8’ Backdrop for the Open Air Photobooth and suggest a floor area of the same size.
